But, back at the ranch...

We have now been at the hospital 7 hours. Things are going as well as could be expected. So far, we have seen Dr. Lugenbill (who is covering for Dr. Peterson while she is in Portland).




We have also had two other nurses now. Cindy watched over us this afternoon, and helped us get antibiotics, helped Alicia with her some Jello and increased the Pitocin.



Now Dawn is our nurse. She just came on the shift will be here until 7:00am.




We have watched about 2 hours of the 6 hours of the A&E version of "Pride and Prejudice" (which, I grudgingly admit, is fabulously done).



Alicia is somehow even more beautiful than 7 hours ago, and is doing an amazing job of this labor.





Also, she has really cool toes.
